Return Policy

This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from HoundBoundBrewing.com. We will not accept returns from third party vendors who are responsible for the final sell of Hound Bound Brewing merchandise.
Any items being returned must be postmarked and sent back within 60 days of receipt. We are unable to accept any product received after 60 days.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Steps to Returning/Exchanging Your Purchase
We strive to make returns and exchanges as quick and easy as possible for you. Please refer to the following guidelines.

To return/exchange items, we ask that you contact us by email at houndboundbrewing@gmail.com to advise that you will be returning the order. Please include your name, order number, and reason for your return in the email.
Returns should be shipped to:
Hound Bound Brewing Co.

Please allow us 1-3 business days to process your return/exchange.
Exchanges: Once your returned items are received, your exchange order will ship out within 2-3 days of our receipt (this applies only to items in stock).
Include your packing slip from your original order. If you no longer have your packing slip, print out your emailed order confirmation and include with your return.
Returns: Shipping costs will not be refunded.
