K9 Don “Donnie” E460
K9 Don proudly served the United States Army as a Patrol Explosive Detector Dog for four years. During his service, he achieved two confirmed live explosive detections and successfully completed three annual certifications. He supported three United States missions in protection of the President and Vice President, participated in numerous demonstrations, and accumulated thousands of operational hours in both patrol and detection capacities.
K9 Don was assigned to two duty stations: Fort Irwin, California, and Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.
Tragically, K9 Don passed away during the week he was scheduled to complete his fourth certification. He suffered a life-threatening gastrointestinal condition involving torsion of the small intestine and colon. Despite immediate emergency veterinary intervention, he could not be saved.
K9 Don will be deeply missed by his handler and his unit. His dedication, service, and sacrifice will not be forgotten.
Per the request of K9 Don’s handler, 10% of every shirt purchase will be donated to @spikesk9fund, a non profit organization for our Nation’s Working Dogs.

Sizing
All of our shirts are unisex and built for everyday wear, whether you’re stacked like a K9 handler or just here for the craft beer. We keep the fit clean, simple, and sharp — but sizing isn’t an exact science. If you’re between sizes, we recommend going up a size, especially if you prefer a more relaxed fit.
Our tees have an athletic cut — slightly more fitted through the body with slimmer sleeves that highlight the hard work.
